Terms of Service !
PAYMENT ! • • • • • • • • •
› Any payment must be received in full or half of the quoted price.
› A payment plan can be discussed (depending on circumstance) and the finished artwork will be delivered once it's been fully paid.
› An upcharge of $20 will be requested after requesting more revisions once the final approval had been sent and accepted on your end. This being that you accepted the final work being sent with no need of extra work being done after, tell me all of what you want during the process not after it has been said and done.
• • • • • • • • • GENERAL !
› I reserve my right to decline a commission for any given reason. I won't work on something I know I am unable to do or finish, it's only right that I do so.
› Commissions are not first come first serve. I manually select what I consider fits to my art style and personal preference.
› Please prepare any references prior to your request. Submissions without at least some sort of reference of character or image of will not be selected.
› Feel free to make as many revisions to any sent updates, I want to be sure I'm giving you exactly what you paid for.
› Posting the finished artwork on social media is a-OK! So long as you remember that I am to be credited as the artist.
› Modifying, tracing, or manipulating the final artwork is not allowed.
TIMELINE ! • • • • • • • • •
› I am a slow artist, that means my art will take some time to get done! If there is a deadline that must be done, I will charge accordingly for the rush and inform you on so.
› The expected response time is a week after the submission has been selected. This could take up to 2 months to work on depending on my workload and the type of commission at the time.
› The estimated timeframe may be extended depending on the type of commission requested (ex. such as multiple characters with a complex background) and the amount of revisions asked.
› Helicoptering is an absolute no-no. If you pester me non-stop to work on your commission or start yours over others that were ahead of you, I will cancel your request and refuse to work for you.
• • • • • • • • • REFUNDS !
› Cancelling the commission and asking for a refund is only possible if I haven't started working on it. If this is not the the case, a refund will not be allowed.
› Commissions are NOT refundable once payment has been fully accepted.
› During certain circumstances on my end (e.g. health complications or hardware issues) that will extend the timeline indefinitely, a refund will be discussed with the client if I haven't started working on the commission requested.
